The Time & Material offer is dedicated primarily to projects that need on-going development. All you have to do is to assign tasks that have the most significant business value. A restrictive agreement or initial arrangements do not limit you. You pay just for our Time (of work), and Materials (external software, videos, photos, copy, etc.) used during cooperation.
Time & Material is designed to build and develop existing software based on long-term cooperation, but also to develop new projects from scratch, even if they don’t have a UX project or final vision yet.
It’s the most flexible solution. It allows you to start coding and modifying your product almost instantly. If the requirements or scope of work change during collaboration, we can quickly adapt and implement necessary adjustments.
What does Time & Material mean for you?

The ability to respond to changing business needs on an on-going basis
No long-term agreements. The cooperation can be terminated in a short period. The settlement is based on short-term sprints of work.
Within Time & Material, we offer you our full support. You work with the dedicated team, typically consisting of 3-4 developers, project manager, and a tester. We work on a backlog where all the activities, adjustments, and modifications are listed.
Before every sprint, you choose which actions are necessary at this given moment. We work in so-called sprints, during which, all the assigned tasks are implemented. One sprint can take 1-2 weeks. Mind you, this form of work requires constant communication between your employees and our team. Typically, we work with clients using Slack, Zoom, and/or other project management apps.
