A mobile loyalty program for the clients of the Total gas stations, allowing to collect points for performing purchases, which can be exchanged for attractive prizes via a user friendly mobile app.
Total Club has been prepared basing on our original Loyalitics system, which includes: a free mobile app for the gas station clients which allows to easily execute discounts, following news, and using additional promotions, intuitive software for Total’s employees for handling the accounting and receiving points, as well as an administration panel which allows to easily manage and develop functionalities. The availability of the program (the possibility to register with the mobile app or directly at gas stations with an e-mail or SMS) and the frequency of discounts (quick rotation of points – discounts available already after one transaction) result in that Total Club efficiently creates an attachment to the brand and an engagement of the community surrounding it. As a result the recognizability of the Total chain in Poland becomes stronger, and the sales of its products and services rise.
A free mobile app available for iOS and Android which allows to take advantage of the program without the need to use a standard plastic card.
An intuitive backend web panel for managing contents within the app, as well as gathering and analyzing data concerning the conducted transactions.
Handling the communication with clients via news, push messages, mailing, and SMS, based on an analysis of transactions, geolocation, and demographic data.
