What is more important – not one has been left without an answer. Thanks to a simple division into subjects and a clear interface the user will find an answer to his or her problem in no time, without the need to wait for a phone call with a consultant. Selected technical issues are additionally complemented by video manuals making it easier to correctly prepare the devices for work.
Despite a vast base of knowledge, the platform allows also to talk directly with the player’s support. There are four methods of contact available for the clients: live chat, a form, e-mail, or via phone.
