Initial video/phone call
A 25-40 minute long, non-technical phone call. We will present you with the company - projects, tech stack, culture and process. Next, you will be asked questions about your prior experience (areas, project types, duties and responsibilities, technologies) as well as your expectations. The call may end with assigning a recruitment task.
A short programming task used to assess your coding and problem solving skills, to be completed in a technology required by the position you're applying for. Usually requires no more than one, two evenings from start to finish. you will be asked to upload it and share from you github account. After code review you will receive feedback from our senior developers.
Live coding session
A longer meeting, consisting of two parts. The first one being approximately 30-45 minute-long talk with one of team leaders/project managers (covering business, culture, as well as tech areas). The second one being 1h-long session of live coding of a brief programming task, ending up with feedback.
Performed either face to face, or via phone/video. We will summarize the whole recruitment providing feedback of every step and - if we agree that we're a good fit to work together - present you with a job proposal. Good luck!
