About the project

Labs constitutes an elite expert club, which sends its invitations only to the player’s most active users. Such an assumption allows to gather only the ratings valuable for the platform’s development – from committed users who use the platform often, and who are familiar with its strong sides and those requiring improvements.

Users become the testers and provide ideas by sharing their thoughts using various tools – surveys, polls, and letters. They can also participate in discussions during which they interact and share their opinions, also with each other. Thanks to such a cooperation a unique innovation laboratory has been created, which allows to gather ideas and create the future design of the player service.
